FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Andrews Avenue Residential, LLC, an affiliate of Berger Commercial Realty Corp., has been retained to provide property management services for two multi-family complexes in Prince George, Virginia.
Jefferson Pointe Apartments located at 4399 Jefferson Park Lane, Prince George, VA 23875 consists of 220 apartments, one, two, and three- bedroom units.
Bailey’s Ridge Apartments located at 4750 Bailey’s Ridge Lane, Prince George, VA 23875 consists of 156 apartments, one, two and three-bedroom units.

This is the third, and fourth community AAR has taken over since its inception in September 2020.
