Frank Diaz joined Andrews Avenue Residential (AAR) in 2021 as Senior Property Accountant bringing over 16 years of accounting experience. Frank will oversee all facets of bookkeeping and accounting of the multifamily portfolio across multiple states. In addition, he is responsible for all accounting setup and implementation of future acquisitions.
Prior to joining AAR Frank served as Senior Accountant for Berger Commercial Realty Corp. in Miramar, FL where he assisted the property management team in research, expense accruals and account reconciliations.
Frank earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida State University and was a member of the FSU Accounting Society.
