Jacob Michels joined Andrews Avenue Residential (AAR) in 2021 as South Florida Regional Portfolio Manger bringing over 10 years of management experience. He will oversee all new portfolio acquisitions for AAR in Florida.
Prior to joining AAR Michels served as Vice President for RUPCO, one of the largest affordable housing providers in the Hudson Valley, NY area. He has extensive knowledge and experience working with underserved communities and engagement strategies.
Jacob earned his Liberal Arts Degree from Dutchess Community College in Poughkeepsie, NY.
