Jennifer Monacell joined Andrews Avenue Residential (AAR) in 2020 as Senior Property Manager, bringing over 18 years of experience in the industry. Monacell will oversee management for the Jefferson Pointe Apartments and Bailey’s Ridge Apartment portfolios totaling 376 units.
Prior to joining AAR she served as a Multi-site Manager for AGPM, Inc. where she directed property operations, sales, capex projects, maintenance, and financial objectives for over 350 apartment units.
Prior to AGPM, Inc, she served as Regional Manger for Artcraft Management where she directed property operations in sales, planning, hiring, marketing, developing personnel and maximizing
productivity of eight properties. During this time, she also took underperforming properties from 88% occupancy to 96% in six months while reducing delinquency by 15%.
