Nicole Lowery joins Andrews Avenue Residential (AAR) as Senior Property Manager bringing over 15 years of property management experience. Lowery will oversee AAR’s latest acquisition, Arlington West Apartments in Jacksonville, NC.
Prior to Joining AAR Lowery served as Regional Manager where she oversaw 3 assets in military markets totaling over 854 units. During this time, she increased NOI for the Arlington West Apartments by 39%
She is a member of the Wilmington Apartment Association and the local Chamber of Commerce. Nicole currently holds her National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designations through the National Apartment Association.
